Where: Dumpster will be located on the south end of Emerson Street in the cul-de-sac
Who: First-come, first-served, HOA dues-paying members only.
However, it is not too late to pay your $50 dues. If you are a new member or need to make updates, complete a directory update form online at http://falconridge80122.org/downloads-2/ or print and mail with your dues.
You may mail your dues to the association before Dumpster Days or make arrangements to give to a board member.
Or, you can use digital payment system, Zelle, to pay your dues. Simply find Zelle in your bank’s mobile banking app, enroll, select the recipient of Falcon Ridge Homeowners Assoc Inc as a business account, use the address of treasurer@falconridge80122.org and choose the amount of $51.25.
