Who we are:
Falcon Ridge is a covenant controlled neighborhood in Centennial, Colorado with 105 single-family homes.
The neighborhood borders Puma Park, where there are two soccer fields, two baseball fields, a playground, and the Lee Gulch Trail.

About our HOA
Each homeowner is a member of the Falcon Ridge Homeowners Association. The annual dues are voluntary and are $50. Although the dues are voluntary, each homeowner is bound by the covenants on record and is expected to adhere to their contents.
The annual meeting and board elections are held every October. Additional meetings are held on an as-needed basis. Meeting times and dates will be posted here on this website and nextdoor.com, published in the newsletter, and/or posted throughout the community.
Trash and recycling is handed via individual resident contract with private hauling companies, not through the HOA.
Falcon Ridge is registered with the Colorado Secretary of State.
The Purpose of the Falcon Ridge HOA is to address common needs and interests of the homeowners including:
- Coordinating meetings and social activities
- Facilitating communication and publication of the directory
- Ensuring that the entrance and neighborhood is maintained according to established covenants and
- Managing the HOA business including dues collection and payment of bills
About our community:
Falcon Ridge is in the Littleton Public School District.
Our emergency services are provided by the Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Department and South Metro Fire Rescue. Please call 911 in case of an emergency.

Puma Park is a South Suburban Parks and Recreation District park that straddles the Lee Gulch Trail from South Clarkson Street to East Mineral Avenue. In addition to the trail, it features a playground area and large sports fields. Falcon Ridge residents can access the park via the paved path between the two houses at the south end of the neighborhood.
