Dumpster Days 2025!!! Coming to Falcon Ridge

When: Saturday and Sunday, June 7th and 8th, 7 am to 7 pm  

Where: Dumpster will be located on the south end of Emerson Street in the cul-de-sac

It will be locked after dark and unlocked in the morning.  Once it is level full, it will be considered full. 

Who: First-come, first-served, HOA dues-paying members only. However, it is not too late to pay your $50 dues.  

Accepted Items: Please bag or bundle all loose materials; Do not make either more than 50 pounds; Cut all long pieces of material to lengths no longer than four feet; Items not from list of accepted items cannot be taken. 

Type of Materials Accepted: Landscape/Yard Materials—Limbs, yard clippings, leaves, wood, mulch, etc.; 

Construction Materials—Wood, drywall, windows, doors, decking, carpet, flooring; 

Metal Materials—Small appliances, metal flashing, metal furniture, household metals; 

Household Waste—Furniture, toys, bikes, play equipment (broken down into 4’ pieces).

Due to weight limitations of the truck, the dumpster cannot accept extremely heavy items.  If non-permitted heavy or hazardous materials are deposited, you will be fined.  Please see the following list. 

Type of Material NOT Accepted: 

Landscape/Yard Materials—Concrete, brick, block, dirt, large stumps, fertilizers, chemicals, rocks, sod; 

Construction Materials—Concrete, brick, shingles, paints/stains, chemicals; 

Any appliances with Freon—Refrigerators, freezers, A/C units, and lawn mowers; (make arrangements with Layne the metal scrapper to take these items for you 720) 883-5829)

Household Waste—Hazardous or bio-hazardous waste, needles, syringes, hot tubs, fluorescent tubes (place tubes in your household trash);

Automotive—Tires, car/truck batteries, vehicle fluids, motor oil plastic bottles, windshield glass.  

Electronics-TV’s, printers, monitors, computers; 

Household – your everyday trash, things that should be recycled, nuclear waste or pet waste of any kind.

Schedule your pickup.  Please text Layne directly (720) 883-5829, tell him what you have, that you’re in Falcon Ridge and your address.  You do not have to be home. Just have it out by 7 a.m. on Saturday, May 31st.

FALCON RIDGE HOA 2025 MEMBERSHIP DUES

Annual dues pay for things such as front entrance maintenance and holiday decorating, dumpster days and the community directory. 

Annual dues are $50.00.  Please plan to make payment by December 31, 2024.  The three payment options are:

  1. A check mailed to Falcon Ridge HOA, PO Box 2273, Littleton, CO  80161.
  2. A check brought to the annual meeting or hand-delivered to a board member (Janell Sueltz or Lorraine Gallick).
  3. An electronic payment through Zelle.  Send to treasurer@falconridge80122.org 

If you are a new resident or need to update contact information, please complete the Update form from the website under Downloads.  Submit the form electronically, mail or hand to a board member.  Again, please make payment by December 31, 2024, to allow work to begin on directory printing.

Bike Parade

For kids of all ages

Bikes, trikes, scooters, strollers, too!

9 am – Refreshments and bike decorating on Emerson Court.     

10 am – Bikers will circle the neighborhood.  

Bring a brunch item to share-juice, yogurt, fruit, pastries.  There will be shade.  The HOA will provide water and ice pops for after the ride.  

Please watch for bike riders in the street.  Especially at the intersections

Cheer the riders on from along the route!
