Annual dues pay for things such as front entrance maintenance and holiday decorating, dumpster days and the community directory.
Annual dues are $50.00. Please plan to make payment by December 31, 2024. The three payment options are:
- A check mailed to Falcon Ridge HOA, PO Box 2273, Littleton, CO 80161.
- A check brought to the annual meeting or hand-delivered to a board member (Janell Sueltz or Lorraine Gallick).
- An electronic payment through Zelle. Send to treasurer@falconridge80122.org
If you are a new resident or need to update contact information, please complete the Update form from the website under Downloads. Submit the form electronically, mail or hand to a board member. Again, please make payment by December 31, 2024, to allow work to begin on directory printing.
