When: Saturday and Sunday, June 3rd and 4th It will be locked after dark and unlocked in the morning. Once it is level full, it will be covered and considered full. Where: Dumpster will be located on the south end of Emerson Street in the cul- de-sac Who: First-come, first-served, HOA dues-paying members only. However, it is not too late to pay your $50 dues.

You may mail your dues check to the association or give it to a board member. You may also use digital payment system, Zelle, to pay your dues. Accepted Items: Please bag or bundle all loose materials; Do not pack either more than 50 pounds; Cut all long pieces of material to lengths no longer than 4 feet; Items not from list of accepted items cannot be taken. Type of Materials Accepted: Landscape/Yard Materials—Limbs, yard clippings, leaves, wood, mulch, etc.; Construction Materials—Wood, drywall, windows, doors, decking, carpet, flooring; Metal Materials—Small appliances, metal flashing, metal furniture, household metals; Household Waste—Furniture, toys, bikes, play equipment (broken down into 4’ pieces).
Due to weight limitations of the truck, the dumpster cannot accept extremely heavy items. If non-permitted heavy or hazardous materials are deposited, you will be fined. Please see the following list. Type of Material NOT Accepted: Landscape/Yard Materials—Concrete, brick, block, dirt, large stumps, fertilizers, chemicals, rocks, sod; Construction Materials—Concrete, brick, shingles, paints/stains, chemicals; Any appliances with Freon—Refrigerators, freezers, A/C units, and lawn mowers; Household Waste—Hazardous or bio-hazardous waste, needles, syringes, hot tubs, fluorescent tubes (place tubes in your household trash); Automotive—Tires, car/truck batteries, vehicle fluids, motor oil plastic bottles, windshield glass. Electronics-TV’s, printers, monitors, computers; Household – your everyday trash, things that should be recycled, nuclear waste or pet waste of any kind.
